To install the latest Banshee 1.2 multimedia player, use the 1-click installs for openSUSE 11.0 and openSUSE 10.3

For openSUSE 11.0,

1 Click Install for openSUSE

For openSUSE 10.3
1 Click Install for openSUSE

This will start the YaST Package Manager and click Next on the Banshee 1 installation Welcom Screen.

Click next again in the Banshee install summary screen

This will install the Banshee music player and related packages and dependencies on your openSUSE.

Once installed, Banshee will be installed under Applications – Multimedia – Music Player

To set preferences, click Edit and click Preferences.
