Looks like a derivative of Markus F. x. J. Oberhumer’s PYSOL game. You may wish to take a look at PysolFC (on sourceforge) which is another derivative, and which claims over 1000 games.

This is just a branded version of "PySol". The true sucessor of Pysol this days seems to be PysolFC
