Designed to keep the software simpler but still effectively help users to manage their finances. Buddi is released a free opensource software released under GNU GPL license. Buddi will run on almost any computer which has a Java virtual machine installed. This can include Windows, Macintosh OS X, Linux, and many other operating systems.

Instlux – Install openSUSE and Ubuntu Linux from Windows

Instlux is a free opensource tool that allows one to install openSUSE linux directly from Windows without having to make changes to the Boot order in your PC or ServerĀ  BIOS.

Instlux has become a part of the openSUSE project and is being included into openSUSE 10.3 and later and supports ubuntu installations as well.

Wireless will not work when dual-boot with Windows XP&Vista

When you dual-boot your SUSE/openSUSE linux with Windows XP or Windows Vista and I’m sure Windows 2003 or Windows 2008, Wireless Adapter may not work. You may be to see Wireless adapter but not able to start and connect using the wireless adapter.

This could be caused by Power Management settings in Windows XP. To resolve the problem, you might want to disable the Power management on the adapter in Windows XP.
